[잠언 3:12] "믿음의 가문"
대저 여호와께서 그 사랑하시는 자를 징계하시기를 마치 아비가 그 기뻐하는 아들을 징계함 같이 하시느니라

십계명 중 "네 부모를 공경하라"는 계명은 약속있는 첫계명으로 "잘됨과 장수"의 축복을 받습니다.
그렇다면 부모는 자녀에게 무엇을 남기며 심어주어야 "믿음의 가문"을 이루며 이 땅에서 잘되고 장수의 복을 받게 할 수 있을까요?
말씀 속에서 찾아보면 첫째, "하나님은 너희를 사랑하신다" 두번째, "너희는 부모의 최고의 기쁨 이란다" 입니다.
이러한 마음의 형태가 "사랑"이고 함께 받는 훈련 곧 성장과 교훈이 되어, 부모와 함께하는 신앙 가운데 하나님의 축복을 이어가는 "믿음의 가문"이 되어 갑니다. 아멘
Proverbs 3:12: "The Family of Faith"
"For the Lord disciplines those he loves, as a father disciplines the son he delights in."

Among the Ten Commandments, "Honor your father and your mother" is the first commandment with a promise, bringing blessings of "well-being and long life."
So, what should parents leave for and instill in their children to form a "family of faith" and receive blessings of well-being and long life on this earth?
If we look for answers in the scriptures, the first is, "God loves you," and the second is, "You are your parents' greatest joy."
This form of heart is "love," and the training—which is growth and instruction—received together through faith with parents, allows a "family of faith" to continue God's blessings. Amen.
